These terms cover use of giantegg.co.uk and its connected community bots. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Who provides the service

GIANTEGG is operated by Adam Tong. Contact info@rocksolidgames.co.uk with questions about these terms or to raise a problem.

Accounts and permitted use

Use only accounts you are entitled to control, meet the connected platforms' eligibility requirements and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise. Tell us if you believe your account has been misused.

Do not bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, collect other people's data without permission, manipulate community activities, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful, abusive or infringing activity.

Community features and rewards

Individual raffles, prizes, votes and community events can have additional rules shown with that activity. Eligibility and fulfilment depend on those rules. Participation does not guarantee a prize or particular outcome. Contact the organisers if a result or reward appears incorrect.

Third-party services

GIANTEGG uses YouTube API Services. By using GIANTEGG's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's information practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Connected platforms have their own terms and policies. GIANTEGG does not control their availability, account decisions or content. Their use does not imply endorsement of GIANTEGG.

Content and moderation

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us permission to store, display and share it as needed for the activity you choose. Public participation may be visible to other community members or in broadcasts. Submit only content you have the right to share, and respect the privacy of others.

We may remove content or restrict access to address misuse, protect the community, meet legal obligations or investigate security issues. Contact us if you would like a decision reviewed.

Availability and responsibility

Features and notifications may change, be delayed or be interrupted by maintenance, provider changes or faults. Keep your own copy of information you need. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under applicable law, or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes and leaving

We will publish revised terms here with an updated date and highlight material changes where appropriate. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected features and contact us about closing your account or removing your data. The Privacy Policy explains how to make those requests.
